Nursing Instructor

Job Description

  • Develop & deliver high-quality instruction through lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions, covering topics such as patient care, medical terminology, infection control, and basic nursing procedures etc.
  • Facilitate practical training sessions in simulated healthcare settings, providing students with opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical context.
  • Design and administer assessments to evaluate student performance and progress, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and academic support to students, fostering a supportive learning environment conducive to their success.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in nursing education and instructional methodologies, continuously enhancing your own knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with fellow instructors, staff, and healthcare professionals to enhance program effectiveness and student learning experiences.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, BSN or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in nursing or healthcare.
  • Previous experience in teaching or training roles preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and educational technology tools.
